    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently had superfast braodband installed by OpenReach but my landline no longer works. Phone says 'check phone line'. Any help welcome.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also so-called superfast broadband is not as good as previous broadband. Connection weak at times, especially at top of house. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have same problem however I don't get a message. Just no dialling tone. Can't make or receive calls since fiver installed. And my phone is plugged into router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
