      <title>Landline not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My landline is not working. I get a lot of crackling when I dial a number. The number dials then nothing, no ring tone from the number dialled. I tried the virtual assistant, which was no help what-so-ever. I have done all the usual checks, cables, connections. Thre seems to be a lot of this same problem, is it ever going to be fixed, I need my phone to contact hospital and doctors. Please help SKY, this is a very needed service. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's no general issue with Sky landlines, any more than with other providers. But with millions of subscribers, it's inevitable that there will be a small number with issues at any one time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First, try the connection yest here, even if your broadband is working ok. Let us know the result.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.
