    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We currently have no landline - no dial tone, cannot make or receive calls. The broadband is fine. I have followed the help guidance, turned the phone off &amp;amp; on, etc, and done the line / service check from the link people have provided in other posts here &amp;nbsp;- it says there is no problem. Could someone please ask the community messaging team to open a chat for us?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.
