Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.       <title>VOIP Amber light, stuck on connecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I switched my full fibre broadband from BT to SKY on the 12th September, got my phone over as well.&amp;nbsp; (my phone number is now on my SKY account, kept the same one).&amp;nbsp; ONT box on the wall as before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Didn't initially know that BT's phones wouldn't work so got new phones today, but I cannot get them to function.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone is plugged into the UK socket on the back of the Hub, yes I'm in the UK. Sky Hub status page says "Voice: Connecting", the VOICE light is amber. The Phone (&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Panasonic KX-TGJ422EB) says check phone line.&amp;nbsp; No tone obviously.&amp;nbsp; Broadband works perfectly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tried resetting the Hub as the help instructions suggested, but it didn't alter anything.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's possible that activation of the Talk service hasn't completed yet, but may be best to report it to Sky.
