Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.       <title>New user, switch on time?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New user to Sky Broadband / Talk coming from BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plugged hub in today and all good, internet working etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I ring my home landline number from mobile I get "Sorry the number you calling is temporarily unavailable or not recognised etc"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long does it take to activate/switch over etc?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the Sky account it lists the correct landline phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it's not working correctly tomorrow after restarting your broadband Hub (switch off at the plug for 30 seconds or so), it's probably worth reporting it to Sky. At thay time, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So overnight it's not kicked in and same message when you ring the number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried ringing customer services, it did a bunch of sutomated checks and then tried connecting me to a physical person but after being on hold for about 30 minutes I gave up as I need my mobile for work calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky's messaging team&amp;nbsp;contact me here via private chat to sort it out?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do I know when someone contacts me it's not a scam user?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
