Landline not working but internet is

My phone land line is completely dead while my internet is working. I've rung sky and they've checked my account and it says I haven't got any deals with them at all.

They said that I must have two accounts and the other one has the internet and landline package but it's got sky glass (which I haven't ordered) so they can't access to merge them.

when I bought this package over the phone the man didn't have great English and added a tv package which I clearly said no to. He also spelt my name wrong and got my address wrong so I'm wondering if that's caused this. Please help.

if you've got broadband, you'll also have a landline service - they're bundled together. Is your phone handset plugged into your broadband Hub?
