Does anyone have a reliable number for Sky?

I've tried 4 numbers, Sky won't allow me to post these.

But all lines are closed for training.

I reported a fault on my sister's 'phone line on Saturday (Indian call centre) and was assured it would be dealt with within 2 days.

My sister has epilepsy brought on by a brain tumour so I explained that her emergency alarm must work uninterrupted.

Noj oy yet.

You can find an authorised number via the 'need more help' link here: https://www.sky.com/help/home

Contact centres were temporarily closed for training. They should be open now.

2 working days is Openreach's usual timescale for initially investigating faults, but it's sometimes a little longer. Most faults are fixed at that point, but if further investigation is required, it may take longer.
