Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.       <title>No landline, broadband works fine</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, recently switched to Sky SuperFast and while the broadband works perfectly, the landline cannot dial out nor receive calls. Have tried another handset with the same result, as well as unplugging everything and reinstalling the Hub etc. Any help would be appreciated, thank you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is yes &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; All the lights on the Hub are green. I tried using the Sky connection tests and I keep getting a 'try again later' response.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It appears from the forum that it can take a couple of days for completion of the Talk activation. If it has been longer than that, I'd suggest reporting it to Sky.We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
