Do check with Sky, but so far as I know, switching to internet calls isn't currently a customer option. It's normally carried out as a matter of course on a change of address or where the underlying technology is changing, for example when upgrading from part fibre to full fibre. Adding WiFi Max alone doesn't involve a change of technology.

I'm thinking of upgrading to WiFi max. I'd like to be upgraded to internet calling as well and I'd like a new telephone number, NOT to keep old one. Can this all be done at the same time?
