      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there sorry for the bother.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently today my Landline Phone is not working. No Dial Tone and I can't make any calls or receive any calls. I tried changing to a new phone and it's still not working. I wanted to ask if it was possible for the Phone Network to be down yet not effect Internet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could I please get some advice on this as it's hampering my ability to handle tasks at home?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I tried that and it's showing me as no issues with the Sky Broadband is working as normal yet my Sky Talk isn't.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. &lt;P&gt;Are you new to Sky broadband/landline? If so, when was your service activated? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? Do you have a black Hub? Or white?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
