    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3138000"&gt;@Highlinder&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- the route has a light and work, but signal is very low, the phone is still plugged into the main socket and I haven't changed it from when I was with BT.&amp;nbsp; Tried restartign everything but not happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is the second message I have raised as I never recieved a reply back yesterday along with the numerous calls to try to speak with someone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I switched my internet across on Tuesday 27th but since I have had no phone line, my home phone is showing a message ' line cord error'. I have now been without a phoneline to make calls for 3 days with no support. Further to this, my new internet keeps dropping and the signal is very low.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide support on this matter given that I am 92 years old and a phone line is critical for me!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
