    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have Sky talk and sometimes need to divert calls to our mobile no.&amp;nbsp; We have been using *21* to divert and #21# to cancel divert and up until a week or so ago, this has worked well.&amp;nbsp; However now, the divert rings the no. we've chosen to divert calls to but when we answer, the caller can't hear us and then the call is cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We get charged £2.50 for this service each month.&amp;nbsp; Has there been a change to the way it now works?&amp;nbsp; Are we doing something wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be gratefully received.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have the same issue when you answer calls on your landline when the call divert is off?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mark&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No. when divert is off, calls come in to land line as they should.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4156750"&gt;@DavidG46&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I'm not aware of any changes in the way call divert works, so it looks like a fault, which will need to be reported to Sky. If you wish, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Or you can call on 150 (landline) of course.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mark&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help.&amp;nbsp; We'll call them on 150 and report it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I notice on older forums that other Sky customers had the same issue back in Nov 22!&amp;nbsp; Hopefully they'll know how to fix it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&lt;/P&gt;</description>
