We received no update. Also no notes added to our account.</P><P>The second call, another engineer sent from openreach to check our line from inside the property, to be told that SKY had reported our issue as an Internet issue... which it was not!!!.</P><P>The engineer has stated over the phone to a sky tech team member, the problem is with SKY not the line!!.
