    <description>&lt;P&gt;My SKYTalk landline has not been able to receive or make calls for several weeks. The Broadband is fine and all checks are positive. But even connnecting a phone directly to the main socket does not work. I am paying for this service but unable to access it. Any suggestions other the SKY Chat line!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
