Reducing cost

I want to reduce the cost and only have incoming calls on telephone anx not outgoing as no one makes calls out. Is this possible.

as i am single parent and newly widowed and i am deaf and unable to use the house phone.

You could ask Sky to change you to the Pay as you Talk package so no calls means no monthly calls charges.
