Two considerations. One, the phone plugs into the Hub. Wall sockets won't work. Two, any standard (reasonably recent) analogue phone should work.

Given the physical limitations, a standard DECT phone may be the best solution, as only the base station needs to plug into the Hub. The handset or handsets can be placed wherever you want them.

Note that what doesn't work are 'BT Digital Voice', 'VOIP' or 'WiFi' phone handsets.
