      <title>New Internet landline always engaged</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just switched to Sky broadband and talk with Internet phone line. Broadband is fine but incoming calls get the engaged tone. Outgoing calls ok. Set up is OK and I've followed the troubleshooting guide. Help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
