    <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand that if I have a new message in my voicemail box I should hear an interrupted dial tone when I lift the receiver.&amp;nbsp; I just hear a normal dial tone so I have no way of knowing if I have a new message or not.&amp;nbsp; Is there a setting that I need to change somewhere?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, there's no setting, but Voicemail does have to be activated for you by Sky. It's not 'on' by default.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Give Sky a call (150 on your landline). I imagine the only thing they'll be able to do is deactivate and reactivate the Voicemail service to see if it fixes it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
