Sky Talk Shield Activation?

I see there are a number of posts about problems with Sky Talk Shield at the moment, so this may be related.

When trying to activate it (using web browser), I'm taken to error page https://www.sky.com/shop/choose/ineligible

What am I missing with activation?

You could try calling Sky to see if they can activate it for you. 150 is the number to call them on from your landline phone.
