Phone number not showing in Talk Shield

I received a Spam phone call to tell me my Television Insurance was about to lapse but I am covered by Sky Protect.

When I went into Talk Shield to Block the number, in the futuure, it was not showinig as a received call.

How is this possible ?

@Kingcol1 Did you take note of the number via 1471 if it was not on Sky talk sheild and let you add it to the list.

I did not use 1471, I just went into received calls on Talk Shield, but I will try next time

Regarding Number Spoofing, what I do not understand is why Talk Shield showed no received call, not even one with a spoofed number.

Does Talk Shield only store received calls with an actual realistec number ?
