      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last week, I'm just getting a "check phone line" error on our home phone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't make any calls and when people ring us just get an engaged tone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Broadband is fine and download speeds are normal, I've reset everything, plugged the phone directly into the BT socket with no joy, same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No voice light on, on the hub although I can't remember it ever being on, the phone has always been plugged in the BT socket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried plugging the phone into the hub and still the same "check phone line" error&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It should be later this morning that you are contacted about this.&lt;/P&gt;

You’ll have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.
