      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have&amp;nbsp; you&amp;nbsp; tried&amp;nbsp; plugging&amp;nbsp; your&amp;nbsp; phone&amp;nbsp; into the&amp;nbsp; hub and see if that&amp;nbsp; works&amp;nbsp; as the old master socket&amp;nbsp; will&amp;nbsp; not&amp;nbsp; work&amp;nbsp; now you&amp;nbsp; are on fttp&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After plugging the phone directly into the hub you might have to give it&amp;nbsp;24 hours from the time your fibre was activated for your phone service to start working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
