    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did they tell you where the fault was as usually when Openreach and engaged the fault will be outside&amp;nbsp;of you property somewhere so have you spoken to Sky to ask them for an update ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I rang on 14/3 spoke to Max who sent new filter not successful. Rang on 21/3 spoke to Aaron who said Yes the line is down, and quoted me&amp;nbsp; a Customer Ref&amp;nbsp; Stating that a Sky Engineer would attend our premises in 3 to 5 working days. Still no one has arrived. In many cases it can be resolved there and then, but in others it requires further investigation. You could check with Sky to see if they have an update from Openreach but they don't always get one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
