Your bill won't show incoming calls only outgoing calls. See if your handset has a list of incoming calls.

Hi I am having the same issue. Sky said it is a know issue they are working on and it will be fixed in 24/48 hours, but that time has past and I still cannot access my calls from 13/02/2024 onwards.

There's no issue. Sky simply don't record incoming calls.

It is not incoming I am looking for, it is calls I have made. Spoke to sky on 12/03/24 who advised this, but I am still not able to view calls, thanks for your reply though, I can see the message said "made to"..
