After BT did somework in the street, I have no landline. When I call my home number, it implies engaged. Broadband is working fine

Phone is recognising there is a call but not ringing ..... and yes the volume is up. It is a BY Everyday Phone and maybe not compatible wth Sky. But it did work when we first bought it a few weeks ago

Any recent changes to your Broadband package? Does your hub have a voice light and if so is it lit?

No recent changes, it is not lit and has never been lit
