Raised fault with sky earlier, have just received text to state they believe fault resolved and so have closed case!. However, the issue remains. Have now called sky, have explained the fault to the automated system, they have ran 2 different checks and ended call stating that open reach engineer is required, it is an issue outside the property and should be resolved within 2 days and we dont need to be in the property/have an engineer appointment in the property..., so lets see.

Persons calling our landline just get a constant ringing tone until they hang up, so they dont get to leave a voicemail and we do not hear the phone ringing. We have tried 2 different phones and still same fault. We have tried to call out and we can do that and we do connect and talk to recipient when we call out. The fault is on incoming calls only - line not ringing for us, we cannot hear or answer calls and the caller just hears the call going unanswered until they hang up. We have landline and broadband and tv all with sky. Any ideas how we can resolve?

As you can call out give Sky a call on 150 so they can run a test on your line to see if a fault is indentified.
