      <title>Sky Talk not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping someone can help. We signed up to Sky Broadband and Voice two months ago, and while the broadband has been working fine, we still cannot get the Voice working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have lost countless hours of my life speaking with agents, and have tried the following to solve this issue:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Reset the box (about 100 times now)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Plugged in different phones&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Sky have deactivated the Voice element of the contract and restarted it 4 times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Sky have sent out another box (same issue)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Sky has said the line is active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a&amp;nbsp; Siro fibre installation. Also (not sure if this is relevant) we were with Sky in a previous property but never bothered connecting the phone line, we have kept the number the entire time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Voice light on my Sky box has not turned on, while the contract is active, it does turn amber when the contract is inactive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
