    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes today&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky app is holding old data from years ago inc a defunct mobile phone number including no details that I am paying for this service. &amp;nbsp;The tech team however advised that I am indeed paying for the service and the operator apparently called my landline and it diverted to my mobile. Should have been job done but when we tried it ourselves it did not work and on calling back there is no tech support until tomorrow morning. I need the service tonight &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After now months of inaction, Sky still say no fix date for the call diversion service to work again....last conversation saying problem mainly in London(not true) and it's BT Openreach problem that doesn't seem to have resolution of any sort soo...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;why Sky still saying they can provide servoce?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;why still chargng me on account&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;why no serious attemept at escalation&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Truly unbelievable in 2023 with IT the way it is in this day and age&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had conversations about this with Sky?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cancel the Call Divert service if it's not working? You wouldn't be being charged for it then.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The service is still available because it still works fine for many, if not most.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Perhaps ypu know more about what escalation Sky have undertaken to try to get it resolved than I do. It's not usual for them to explain publicly what they're doing behind the scenes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
