Our landline phone number has been changed without our knowledge. Now friends and family cannot get in touch.

No. Been with Sky for over 10 years.

There's no reason why Sky would randomly change your number, so I'd be thinking of a fault. Give Sky a call on 150 to report it.

Dial 17070 from your landline phone. It may tell you the number of the line and the network. If it states the network is it Sky? If not dialling 150 may not get you through to Sky Customer Services.
