Landline not working

I have a message on my phones to check phone line. The voice light isn't lit up on my sky hub. Can you help please? I have checked phones and all connections, rebooted the sky hub.

@Cliftonchick Has your broadband dropped at anytime recently, or was it just the drop in voice service that is causing this issue?

It's just the voice not working. Internet has been fine.

Spoke with @Cliftonchick and test found fault so booked external engineer
