Hi I am 86 years old and my phone will not get any incoming calls a sky engineer was hear yesterday to fix my t v but now my phone won't receive incoming calls I need to be able to have contact with care line but if anything happens to me i wont be able to get the care line who rings me when there is an issue

If you can dial out give Sky a call and report this. Just dial 150 from your landline. If you can't ring out post again on this page.,

As you mentioned that you have a care alarm, I wanted to make sure that you know about our Accessibility Team who can give you extra support if needed.

Are you already signed up with the Accessibility Team? Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
