    <description>&lt;P&gt;We were alerted today by a person advising our line shows as constantly busy.&amp;nbsp; Tried to call using my mobile phone and yep for sure its says user busy.&amp;nbsp; This is the number for our house and my my husband is self employed so not getting calls for his work is so restricting and impacting o us finacially.&amp;nbsp; Can someone get this looked into as a &lt;STRONG&gt;priority.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; Please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned all the onternet off and restarted and unplugged the phones and re started them but stll the same.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are able to call out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We are customers here. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services. Give Sky a call as you can dial out. Just dial 150. They will pass any fault on to Openreach who &lt;EM&gt;aim &amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;to fix faults in two working days. There is no priority service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In addition, the below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days &lt;STRONG&gt;from when you first report the fault to Sky, &lt;/STRONG&gt;you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Transpires it was related to previous caller not placing handset down which blocked other calls coming in and showed as&amp;nbsp; Busy line still.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
