      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switched over to Sky last week and the broadband is working perfectly. However, whenever anyone calls me, they complain that they can barely hear me. I previously had a phone line (Plusnet) but the phone is now connected to the Sky router. From what I've read, its a common issue with the Sky hub?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
