    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, we have exactly the same issue with the landline being dead and a message on the phone saying 'check landline'. I would be grateful if you could inform sky and hopefully get a private chat with them. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Landline phone is dead, no noises at all, and when I call it from a mobile I get an engaged tone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet is working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know how long&amp;nbsp; the phone has been dead, I only use it once in a blue moon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I missed my Tesco delivery yesterday because of it. I found out later that the Delivery driver had to phone me because they changed the&amp;nbsp; time slot, so I checked the phone and it was dead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;No recent changes to my subscription.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Broadband hub does not have a voice light.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All lights on the hub are as normal, 3 white lights.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If they find an external issue they'll pass it to Openreach for investigation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that appears you have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.
