&lt;P&gt;If it's 'dangerous' to passing vehicles / pedestrians etc report it direct to Openreach&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately if it's not actually hazardous and broadband/phone is still working, you're unlikely to get anywhere with either Openreach or Sky: they essentially don't do preventative maintenance.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A leaning pole might get their attention, though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
