Had sky Wi-Fi max installed no talk shield.

I had Wi-Fi max installed last week. The problem is that I can not activate talk shield through my sky app. I get the message server error coming up each time. Just to confirm my phone is plugged into the router (VOIP) and works fine but can't block nuisance callers.
