Have you restarted your Hub, by switching it off at the plig for 30 seconds or so?

Hi i have rester the router and unplugged the phone to reset it. not sure if its part of the same problem but when i answer the landline it hangs up the call

yes, my phone has been working fine until yesterday and now when i answer calls on the business landline it hangs up on the customer. thank you for the reply.
