Panasonic Nuisance Call Blocker clashing with Sky Talk Shield

Can anyone help with a Sky Talk Shield problem? We have a Panasonic landline phone, which comes with a Nuisance Call Blocker option, which can't be removed. We also have Sky Talk Shield, which doesn't seem to be working with the other call blocker, so does this mean we may have to get new phones which don't have an installed call blocker, if we choose to keep Sky Talk Shield?

If you disable the phone's built-in call blocker, the Shield should work ok.

The call blocker can't be disabled, as it's built in.

Built-in, yes. But I would have thought it unlikely that you can't turn it off.
