&lt;P&gt;You'll need to report this to Sky who will pass it to Openreach for investigation and fixing. Not sure if dialling 150 will work if the crossed line isn't a Sky number. If you can't call via your mobile post back on this thread and we can maybe get you some help via the Messaging Team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;After a major outage in our location on phone lines the fault was allegedly fixed. The problem is that it is not our phone number. This only was noticed after answering a call and being told ' sorry wrong number'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;On calling my mobile from th landline, an unknown number was displayed. We want our number back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
