    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, we switched over from BT landline to all in one Sky Talk, included landline, and broadband back in September 2023. Initially, all worked fine, but for the past 4 weeks, the landline has gone completely dead. Cannot get incoming calls, or make calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have completed the checks, plugged in another working phone, unplugged, replugged, used the main socket input, ran a line check (all is OK and running perfectly), but still no landline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also have not yet been switched to Internet calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, can anyone help / escalate this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
