      <title>Sky talk landline not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky talk landline not working. It stopped on the 30th October and despite numerous calls to Sky we are still no further on. I am getting message updates saying there is a line fault and it's being looked into by BT Openreach, but 23 days now is a bit much. I can't bring myself to call them again, fed up of hours on hold and being passed around to advisors who i cannot understand the issue and i cannot understand them do to their accent. Not sure what else to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
