I have switched to sky and now I am on voip service. I have got a pendent incase I have a fall. This connects to the hub,but if there is a power cut it won't work, I've been informed that either sky or open reach can supply me with a power supply that woks in a power cut. Dose anyone know who to contact? Thanks.

So far as I'm aware, Sky don't currently provide UPSs for their Hubs, but by all means give them a call.
