      <title>Talk Shield</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past two days I've not been able to access Talk Shield as the page keeps coming up with "server error", this is becoming really frustrating as I need to turn it off to let an access code for my bank come through. Tried logging out and back in but nothing helps?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
