Scam calls using early media SIP

I receive for over a year now scam calls which seem to use "early media SIP calls".

They always try to make out that they are from Sky and want you to make a "test" via a web site.

1. Can Sky trace the origin and block the source IP (they calls are using different ANI which I suspect are "spoof" using the SIP header for masking the correct ANI)?

2. Is Sky aware that they use "early media SIP calls" which means they don't even pay a penny to Sky for using the network from Sky? (My phone/landline shows calls like this, which I have answered, as "missed call" > conclusion they use "early media SIP" and found a way to have a two stream RTP...)

I don't know what an early media SIP call is, but in any event Sky aren't responsible for investigating them.

No.

All such scammers use some form of VOIP (typically from overseas) to avoid per-call costs: their business model relies on that.
