      <title>Can not make or receive calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Upgraded our internet package and set up sky talk internet calls , but since then we have not been able to make or receive phone calls. I've followed all the online steps , I've checked the status of everything we have broadband but the phone won't work , the Talk light on the hub is not on. Everything else is green. I've disconnected everything and reconnected and nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so, then re-check the Voice light to see if it's lit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have already tried all of that, I have turned everything off and back on , I've tried resetting and still no phone , my Broadband &amp;nbsp;and Tv are working fine. Just the phone . I have also tried a different phone and still nothing .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
