      <title>LANDLINE NOT WORKING FOR 3 DAYS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried calling Sky for the last 3 days,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My landline is not working, I cannot receive or make telephone calls.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I found the advisors to be very unhelpful.&amp;nbsp; I have checked all wires, phone etc and still have no landline.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Getting frustrated as do not appear to be getting any support about this matter.&amp;nbsp; I am paying for something that I am unable to use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please look into this matter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Theresa Cobbing&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If neither applies, you'll have to persevere with reporting it to Sky. If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here via a private online line chat so that you can do that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
