Landline not working for any calls.

No incoming or outgoing calls on landline. All wiring connections checked. Sky BB check says all working.

How do I get this checked by an engineer?

@LuciP Does your router have a voice light? Have you changed your broadband with Sky recently or did this just happen out of the blue?

I finally got through to the Sky bot on a different number and they decided there was a fault on the line so an engineer is booked in.

The number is ends 1018 if this is helpful to anyone else.
