    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a matter of waiting until Openreach fix it, I'm afraid. The service checker usually reports only major issues. Updates will come from Openreach to Sky and they're generally not too good at providing them - often as little as 'there's a fault' and 'the fault has been fixed'&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Landline not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Land line has not had a dial tone for the last 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;broadband is working and have tried all of sky's diagnostics to fix problem without success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called customer service who said there is a service issue in the area but no updates provided and the service checker says no known problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
