      <description>&lt;P&gt;My landline is dead, no dial tone. I only found out yesterday when elderly neighbour said she had called and it was ringing, but it definitely wasn't ringing out in my house. From the display it looks like the last received call was 11th July (I don't use the landline to make calls). The broadband &amp;amp; wi-fi are working fine. I've run the diagnostic checks but no issues apparent. I've tried a wired phone instead of the cordless but still no joy. I last tchanged my package in March when I switched from BT to Sky and it worked fine then. Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your broadband Hub has a Voice light, try restarting it by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds. If that makes no difference, or if it doesn't have a Voice LED, it will need to be reported to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi My phone had no dial tone 2 weeks ago and was down for 2 days, on the 28th 3 days ago the same happened and wifi became intermitant. I can not phone sky, no sign of email to contact them either. I checked for outage and the report was that in the Northern Ireland area of BT51 and BT52 there were problems. BT rent the lines to sky and sky tells me with the checker that there is no problems. Now someone is not commucating the facts. The problems seemed to co-inside with the laying of virgin cable in the area. Sky are very unhelpful and the robot chat is not very smart.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
