      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just joined sky from virgin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all ok with streaming and broadband but telephone not making or receiving calls&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I plug phone in it says check phone line ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all lights green on hub and checked no issues on tel no&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help much appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
